My new cue is goregous, the balance is great and I get compliments on my case wherever I go to play pool. I emailed the company to inform them of this, and to advise that I needd the gift for Christmas eve. They sent a UPS pickup man to my house extremely quickly, who picked up the damaged item, at no cost or effort to me, and shipped a new item out to me immediately, in advance of the holiday.
